Rapco used to be the #1 source Bjorn. Maybe the use of latex has diminished their production.

Who sells this paint by the gallon? Can not find anything but spray cans... maybe looking in the wrong places...
TIA
Bjorn, this is the Aervoe toll free # 800-227-0196. I order direct from them, they're just up the road from me in Gardnerville NV.

I just got off the phone with Aervoe and they no longer sell by the gallon unless........you are going to buy in bulk. How much you have to buy to qualify for a bulk purchase she didn't know. Soooooooooooo.

On e-pay GCI sells several colors of military paint by the gallon. Also another company Military Truck M series also has a few colors by the gallon. I painted my Deuce almost 3 years ago with Aervoe paint (by the spray can) and it's already faded and due for a re paint. Was thinking about buying a couple gallons from GCI and shoot it with a spray gun and see how it holds up.

Thanks friends, I painted my xm757 8-9 years ago using Aervoe 997B in spray cans and it was a near perfect match for the Vietnam era (also original paint on the truck). It has held up very well without fading, even to this very day, but is now starting to flake off and it needs to be done over.

These images show the performance of Aervoe 24084 997b, through the years. Spray cans were used and the primer was Rustoleum as can be seen in the first picture. It's actually almost exactly ten years since it was painted today...
