Aftermarket "Plasa" CTIS Controller Not Functioning

I've messaged the maker, Plasa on Facebook messenger and on here and waiting on a response, but since my m1078 is a daily driver and not sure how long i should expect for a response, i wanted to reach out here to see if anyone else has had the same or similar issue with his controller and maybe i can figure out what's going on.

So the controller reads, "OK ..." for highway "HWY" or any other setting you set it to, but nothing actually happens. Even with my tires now deflated all the way to 21 PSI, it still just keeps reading "HWY OK ..." but making no attempt to fill the tires with air. Unfortunately I don't have the PDF manual that originally came with the system and my attempts to reach out to various youtubers and so on who have the system and obtain a copy hasn't garnered any real results.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue for Plasa (Christian Platzer)s CTIS controller who might be able to advise, or perhaps share their manual so i can try and continue to self-diagnose the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Are you in Auto mode?

On the display under AP you see "OK"? The system runs through the check: You can see "1" under C in the CID display?

Plug in a factory Dana controller, open up the Dana diagnostics software, and find out if the system actually works. You may have an issue with the wiring or the solenoids in the PCU.

And this is WHY I don't bother with that "solution" - it's unfinished. Has no self-diagnostic capability, and it's made from effectively proto-type parts in a proto-type enclosure. He has built, at most, about 100 of these units. It's not a finished product and has no real support. The Dana controller is widely available, has been built in the 100's of thousands of units (probably over a million), has great software, is environmentally sealed, and usually can expect 15-20 years of operation before they fail due to aging electronics. And with a couple wiring modifications you can unlock all nine of the predefined maps and also enable the "CTIS off" function that the truck was built to support (lamp in the annunciator).

I've removed three of the Plasa controllers from customers trucks after they either died or refused to help with diagnostics, or just were doing weird things - one was killed outright by a solenoid short circuit - which the Dana controller happily threw an error for AND remained undamaged as the driver circuits are appropriately designed with protection.

I would switch to a manual control scheme before using an Arduino based solution. Arduino's are fun for proto-typing and hobbiest uses. It belongs in the rear with the gear not in the cab of an Army truck subject to NVH, dust, moisture, dog hair, and whatever else. It's not appropriate for this environment - not in the format it's being packaged in anyway.
