Air Horn Air line

I have an 1986 M-35. I need to know if the line going into the air horn valve is a 1/4 NPT or what size it is? I converted my truck to 12 volt an need to change my air valve to 12 volt too.

Yes, 1/4" npt fittings to 3/8" line.

If the horn was working on 24 volts, this will power the valve with your 12 volts

I may try the booster but This is for a fire dept truck. The guys and gals are very hard one stuff not sure how well it would hold up?

Personal projects maybe as you say with them an off the shelf item would be best in case a replacement in future
