Air-pack parts

After disassembling my air-pack, Find I need {at least one) of the piston cups in the proportional valve. The dimensions are: 1 1/16" O.D. x 11/16"I.D. x 1/4" H.
Has anyone got a source for these. I'm coming up dry.

Any seal shop near you will have it.
