Airtex e8131 fuel pump install question

Ok so I'm going to buy a e8131 pump for my deuce and what I wanted to know is which lead is the negative lead coming from the truck to the pump so is lead 74 - or is lead 654? My new in tank pump is not working anymore even though I just bought it a few months ago and I don't want to mess with it anymore. I've heard the e8131 pump works good so I would like to try it. Thanks for your help guys.
