Alternate Side mirrors for more narrow stance

This yellow truck's mirrors look like any other mirror on newish-ish medium trucks... but if you look closer you see with them being well in front..... this gives the truck a much overall narrowed stance. just thought someone might find it interesting

I've always liked how useful the front mirrors were on the school busses, be nice to have until they get ripped off from an off-road trail.

If you can find or just make a set of Half Track Headlight guards and mount them forward on the fenders with mirror in them you have it well protected and it works great. The forward mount of the mirror gives a much better view of the side of the truck and a wider view behind the truck.

On an Expedition rig those would get knocked off first... Also consider this is RHD so the driver gets a clear view at the left mirror through his windshield.
I'm happy with my heated, power Cascadia mirrors...

I see what you mean however you would want those to be power so you can actually adjust them and also if you're going through a more tight curve they could catch on the outside.

any mirror would catch on something. I think these would more liable to be knocked inward though and not outward in most situations???
