Alternator for M35A1 in San Antonio

I know there are some boneyards at or near San Antonio. There is a guy in need of an alternator for an A1 in Seguin. Just reaching out to see where I/he can be directed.

For an A1 in what model of truck?

M35. That may help....A1 is very generic.

What engine does the beast have?

That is not the correct alternator for a M35A1. They were 28 volt externally regulated (Bread loaf 25 amp) units if my memory of the TM's is correct.

Not trying to pick on you since you are relaying a request. But, more information is needed or wider range pictures.

I hear ya. No problem because it's been a while. I am relaying a message from a message and the fishy thing is that they claim to have 4 others to pull parts off from. If that is the case there is another issue in play and they should be able to rebuild.
