Alternator issue again, advise on upgrades?

Another update. I found a thread on here about removing a diode from inside the ABS module and so i gave it a shot. Very easy repair. I am unable to electrically explain how and why it worked, but it did! My ABS lamp is off, fuse no longer blows, ABS works flawlessly. I still have no low air and e-brake warning buzzer, assuming it was also taken out by my overcharging issue. I will report back once ive fiexd it.

The removed diode was a short in its blown state. You removed the short. Next time you have a high voltage it will take out the board if a diode isn't replaced. Or at least that is my understanding.
