Somebody mentioned Mack door and window levers might fit. Here is a 16 spline aftermarket for Mack that looks close to the original external plastic cover POS S&S window lever. Wonder if it will fit?

Fillner used them and they worked fine.. might have to make hole in plastic door cover little larger to accommodate the broader stem with the splines in it. Prime and pain as desired

The 16-spline shaft in that diameter is a common standard, so there will be literally hundreds of other vehicles' door handles that fit it. (There are a few other common sizes too, that won't fit.)
