Has anyone ever seen one of these before? It's not mine, I just came across it on ebay.

Well.......what are you going to do with one aluminum wheel????
If you had seven it would lighten the load for a bob 5 ton, otherwise it is just an expensive paper weight.

Yeah , there on cement trucks , garbage trucks , dump trucks, etc on the front rims.

Looks stupid to me , but thats my opinion.

where do these sellers get their descriptions from? Do they think people really believe this wheel was made for Military tactical truck?

Yeah, its a super-single rim for trucks. I first saw them used on fronts of ready-mix cement trucks (to help them not sink in soft jobsite dirt) but now I see them used on, as mentioned above, trash trucks, dump trucks, etc, and on both front and rear.

However, these would look pretty cool on a bobber 5 ton.

Well.....you could paint them if your main concern was to lose some weight off of a bob job.

Ref the used pull offs they would be a good candidate for the above.

Did you look at his feed back on ebay? no that is not a m813 rim.

Check the avatar, it was a KW PLS or XM1074 prototype before it had been converted. It originally had super singles all around with split rims. We went with a more aggressive tread for winter weather. When we did the converstion, Aluminum was cheaper than steel bud rims by about $20.00 per rim. Made sense to do it, the boss thought I went overboard until he say the cost.
