My non techie answer on the pics is now you have to load them one at a time if not compressed. Sometimes if too big, the software now does not compress and you have to compress before upload. Definitely not as user friendly as before and does not like doing multiples.

Now what is actually the problem is beyond my pay grade.

He sold it for personal reasons and Ken and I felt it would be best to " keep it in the family ". It's only an hour away if he needs it or just wants to visit.
