So... Here I am again, asking out of curiosity

So here's the thing, my friend has an M35a2 in his backyard

It runs fine and all, and oddly enough, hardly any rust

So here's my question

Is it possible to put a replace the shifter with a sequential shifter? if so, has anyone it?

What about dogleg gearboxes?

Would any of those fit or be able to be put into a Deuce and a half without changing the Engine, obviously?

The manual Deuce transmissions actually are "dog-leg" style transm., in the sense that 1st and REV are placed in a separate, spring-loaded shift rail, to the left of central/neutral position.
Only thing odd would be 5th-OD for the 3053 model, which goes to the right and up - where you would find 3rd gear in any normal "stick-shift", including the Spicer 3052.

Not sure what you mean by " sequential shifter" but anything can be done given enough time and money, and a little bit of money as well.
Did I mention money also?

Diesel Dominator, a "sequential shifter" is used on race transmissions. The deuce is not a race car nor is it's transmission anything close to a race transmission. This Spicer transmission is a 1950's design and was originally shifted by "Double-Clutching" . That is a very slow process, not a race design. The first gear in particular is a "Non" synchro gear. It will crash and crush gears if shifted without proper shifting techniques. There is no way, no how, no matter how much money you have, to make this transmission shift like a Corvette.
