Hey, I was wondering if anyone would know the width measurements of the beadlock that goes in the 46" tire and the beadlock that goes in the 53" tire? I've noticed they have two different part numbers and seeing as the tires are two different widths I was just wondering if the difference is the width of the beadlock. Thanks.

They use the same thing. Both use a 10in wheel
There are several beadlock types. Solid rubber [m939s] and bolt together band types (LMTV and newer trucks)

"They" maybe... but I wouldn't do it. Beadlocks for the 46" and 53" tires are very similar but not the same...

FMTV trucks (with the 395/85R20 (46") tires use P/N T1001 (NSN 2530-01-370-5462) which is 7-⅞" wide.
Bigger trucks with the 16.00R20s (53") come with P/N B3040 (NSN 2530-01-349-2058 ) which is ¼" narrower, at 7-⅝"

And there is a reason for it: both sizes take a 10" wheel, but the larger tires have wider beads.

Have mixed the different beadlocks for years they all interchange without any issue.

Thank you for your response I was having a hard time finding measurements to figure out why they would have a different part number if they were the same.

When I pulled the Huchinson solid runflat out of the MTVR tire wheel combos I bought, and put them into my HEMTT wheels with 16.00R20 XZLs there was definitely a 3/8 or so compression of the inner bead-lock against the tire bead to ensure it is never going anywhere.

That's good to know thanks for your response.
