Another turn signal problem

Going to recover my M109A3 tomorrow. All systems are go, except for the instrument panel and turn signals.

All my lights work except one burnt out headlight but that is being shipped to me by R Racing. Good fella there.

My turn signals are the only problem. I tried multiple search techniques but could not find the thread I wanted. I believe I saw before something about the instrument panel.

My instrument panel has been cut out. Looks like it will be quite a job to figure out how to rewire, so I just put in one gauge, the air pressure gauge and that sealed up the air leaks, and brakes now work fine.

Checked most grounds. Pulled the plug and squirted with silicone- no help.
I was wondering if anyone knew...

Does the instrument panel have to be in and fully wired up for the blinkers to work?

I will have a chase vehicle behind me, but turn signals would be nice. The wife is chasing me. Just like old times around the coffee table. :jumpin:
