Antenna for VHF range HMMWV

I am looking for a VHF antenna that can mount to the standard HMMWV antenna bracket with the spring base that will work in the 100 - 170 MHz range or so. Most of them are setup for the 30 - 88 range. Any suggestions? Thanks

I want something with the spring base.
