Does anyone know if there’s aftermarket reproduction or any place that has the radiator core supports available for a ‘77. Mine is completed rusted out with only the upper radiator hose holding it on. I’m in the process of prepping my M887 (W200) for painting but I can’t go any further on the mechanicals until I can source one.

A less rusty used piece is probably your best bet. '81 and up have different lower valance attachments and headlight buckets but those things can be fixed pretty easily.

i'm unaware of any aftermarket ones... I have sold several used OEM in the last 10 years and have only one or two left .. I am 100% sure any D/W100-300 radiator support from 1975-1979 will bolt right into your truck however all of them except '77 & '78 will have a round cutout down below the headlight area for the lower marker/directionals..

Don't know how "original" you want to be but the 77-78 lower valance you have will do a fair job of covering those cutouts but not perfectly... Personally I have blanked the lower cutouts with tin to make them unnoticeable behind the valance, on a '77 trailduster i restored in the late-80's

Shipping is expensive and all except one that I have sold were picked up FOB.. Most junkyards have long since scrapped stuff older than 1990's , but there are exceptions iF you can find them
