Any reason not to use HEMTT rims with 14.00r20 tires?

I've got a M925 with the G177s. Looks like I have a buyer for the G177s so I'm putting super singles on the truck. The tires I've found are 14.00R20 Goodyears. I have NOS HEMTT rims on hand. I got the HEMTT rims thinking I'd go with 16's but these 14's are priced right.

Any reason not to use this combination? (Yes, I searched and found no info)

How about 395/85/20 on the HEMTT rim?

Just make sure you read up on the right way to install the rims to the hub.
