I'm trying to decide what to do with my M109. I already own a nice camper that quickly slides in the back of my 2008 GMC. I don't need another camper. I don't need a mission control center, a suplly office or a mobile maintenance shop.

I'm thinking about putting in a sportsbar/game room or some sort of mobile getaway spot. A/C, LCD TVs, maybe a Direct TV Dish, etc, etc. All while leaving the outside completely stock and military.

What have you guys done with your M109s? Any ideas for me?

The one I have is to be used as the mobile pantry for the MKT. Will have a refrigerator, a freezer and lots of shelves for bulk food supplies. And an air conditioner! We will probably leave it hooked together with the MKT and build a short walkway between them to get food and other supplies from a handy source. While it's not what you seem to have in mind, it is the purpose for which mine was purchased.

Well the biggest hurdle is cleared - my wife likes the idea cuz I told her it would "Probably" be cheaper than bobing it. Which might be true. I mean if you factor in I need to buy ANOTHER truck to bob after I finsih my sportsbar M109, then it's true. :)

If you want to add a walkway, I just found out that a 10ft Uhaul boarding ramp fits PERFECTLY between/above the framerails on an M109. Just finished installing one on mine.
