Any turbo 400 experts around here?

So I just installed a B&M shift kit..Seemed to go smooth, no problems (that I noticed anyway) doing it....Got it all zipped up, dumped 5 quarts in..fired it up...Nothing when I take it out of park. N change whatsoever in Reverse, neutral, or drive..Just acts like its in park...Now I ask..WTF did i do?! Where should I look first? Bit frustrated at the moment.

Get the fluid level correct and if you still have a problem you may have an issue with the check balls. Also did you put a new filter on it. If you reused the old one all that new fluid may have loosened up old crud and clogged the filter. I have seen that happen.

Yes, fluid first. Sure you got the selector shaft linkage reconnected properly?
Depending on the kit, did the modulator valve get properly reinstalled?
