There is or was dirt bag in so cal but i dont know if its going to happen this fall. there is also Tower park in Lodi.

tower park in Lodi CA is a "must see" event.

WA has a bit more, but usually Tacoma northward....

I also wish there was more going on closer to Portland

If you are lucky enough to be near this "Haspin" thing, it sounds like the "superbowl" of rallys!!
