Country Boy Air Conditioning
So, on the Riley recovery, it got pretty hot driving across West OK and North TX, then an idea hit me.
I had a water bottle helping hold the driver's window open on my Deuce and figured if I put a full one there/loosened the cap a bit, the wind would blow a
'mist' of water back on me and viola! Air conditioning.
It worked. 90* and driving into the sun, but that mist helped tremendously! Long as you don' t mind the water splashing up on you and if you do, you're not the kind of person that drives a Deuce anyway.
It was even adjustable. Colder water = colder a/c temp, unscrew the cap more for 'high' fan..........simple but effective. Adapt and overcome.
Better than sweatin'. Worthy of a small 'field promotion' for a new guy?
Cheers,
