Anyone ever built a M998

I had a dream last night...in my dream I was driving and repairing a m998. I noticed on ebay that there are plenty of parts out there, and seeing as I don't have the money to buy a complete one, has anyone ever built one from parts?? I know it would end up costing more probably, but I think it would be fun!

I havent done exactly what you are wondering about, but it can be done and somewhat easily done. It could cost a bit more but yeah it would be fun to do. I have had to do an entire chassis replacement, engine, tcase and other parts here and there but it wasn't an entire build up. Good luck and if ya do start it take photos!

I did. Just be prepared to send one or two of your paychecks per month to various parts suppliers for about a year. Mine is a M1037 shelter carrier.
