Anyone have any info on this Wheel?

Here is a wheel I had never seen until a couple days ago, anyone know what vehicles it would come on or have any more info on it?

What I'm told by the seller is that its made by Accuride, its aluminum, and the new style of wheel that fits both 10 lug patterns which I assume is the standard 5 ton and MRAP patterns. I've never seen a picture of one mounted to a vehicle, but its a great idea if a single factory wheel can fit 2 different bolt patterns.

That appears to be a 395/85/R20 or perhaps a 365/80/R20. Thus it is a "metric" rim I think. I don't know about two bolt patterns. I've never been able to find out if the 14.5 R20 takes a metric rim or industrial. How much are they asking and what would you use them on?

Fit both, like it is there? No, no way...
If I'm not mistaken that wheel has the typical European pattern, 10 bolt holes on a 13.2"-circle (-> MRAP). I don't see how it would fit on the smaller 10-on-11.25" pattern -without some kind of special adapter plate.

If it does what I was told, I was wondering if you unbolted the outer 12 studs and then rotated the front plate 1/12 turn, reassembled and had a new pattern underneath or something? ..... or it could just be a standard wheel that weighs a few lbs less and looks cool.

So what is the measured bolt circle and what size tire is on it? Is it a "metric"?

Gringeltaube, didn't you help me discover that there are slight differences in the metric rim and the industrial in my quest to locate a super single for my front. I want to replace my 925 front that has same r/mile, but wider? That would require the tire size 365/80/R20 or 14.50R20 at 483 r/m, about equal to the 11.00R20.

If these are the "metric" rim, isn't both industrial (14.00R20, 16.00R20) and metric (365/80/R20, 395/85/R20) supposed to fit?

Yes. And I'm 99% sure that that is a W11-20 size (MPT-style) with a 14.5R20 Continental MPT80 mounted on it.
................If these are the "metric" rim, isn't both industrial (14.00R20, 16.00R20) and metric (365/80/R20, 395/85/R20) supposed to fit?
Metric rim...?? No, rims are all still measured in inches.
Yes, all the tire sizes you mention "will fit" on ANY 20-inch diameter rim. Although, the only one to fit perfectly on the wheel pictured above would be the 365/80R20.
But you still seem to be confusing some terms: Continental talks about "industrial-" vs. MPT-style wheels. Then we have tires in metric sizes (e.g. 395/85R20)... vs. their older designations, in inches (e.g. 15.5/80R20).
And finally, metric sized tires that can be either MPT-style (typically the 335/80R20 and 365/80R20) or non-MPT, like the 365/85R20 and 395/85R20.

Gringeltraube, OK, so these are MPT which I mistakenly called metric. And the Continental 14.5R20 is mounted.

Why do you say the only "perfect fit" is the 365/80/R20? Would 385/85/R20 also fit "perfect" and does the 14.5 have something different about it that makes it less perfect on this rim?

Conversely, and correct me if I'm wrong, the 365/80/R20 will NOT fit on an "industrial" rim such as the 923 (14.00R20) A1 or 2. Will the 14.5R20 fit the industrial rim of an A1 or 2 properly?

Also you believe the bolt diameter is 13.2", not 11.25"?

Thanks for trying to help me understand the combinations...yes it is confusing.

Toby: 365/80R20 and 14.5R20 are just different "names" for exactly the same item. Same as the 12.5R20's, later called 335/80R20's.
A lot of all that info can be found here... or their slightly older version, here...

I say that the 365/80R20 is a "perfect fit" because both, the tire and the wheel in Q. are MPT. They are made for each other, the bead sections perfectly match! That simple.
On the other hand, while the so popular 395/85R20 tires "will fit"- and work OK- on a M35A3 wheel (= MPT) it is NOT a "perfect match": despite other minor differences, mainly the tire bead area - to the sides- will stay partially exposed because the MPT bead flanges are only half that height. So 395's, 15.5's, 14.00's and 16.00's are all designed for the "industrial" style 20x10 inch rim/weels. That would again be a "perfect fit" or -match.

I know, it can be confusing... but only for the first few days...

Yes, that bolt circle is the large size 10-bolt, no doubt. But lets wait until/ if Peashooter can confirm it!?

Gympyrobb, nothing to do with the thread, but I now noticed your rotating-self-refreshing avatar. Nice (and not only because the girls :hammer:, just never saw the concept before)

It would have to have an adapter to fit on a 5 ton, but with the star shaped center hole I think there might be room to clear the bolts so that you can use and adapter without having to machine anything.

defbob....I want to know that too. Or a 12.50R20. Last sale I got 12 MRAP wheels. When I went and got them new in box and got home, they were holding 2" of water IN the boxes and had to be immediately worked on to stop rust. But they are cleaning up real nice. A couple of steer tires with 11.00's would be sweet.

Oh... and that rim that is the subject of this thread... doesn't it just look like it's missing every other bolt to hold the 2 pieces together, rather than having some alternative bolt pattern?

Could be, I was mainly curious about the notched cutouts around the center hole.... Wondering if they served any special known purpose.

... would you know if a Continental MPT-81 365/80R20 tire would fit an MRAP rim?

Most probably NOT...!

Just to clarify: there are dozens of different MRAP-type vehicles and most of them have 20x10-sized wheels (like this one), which are NOT suitable for any MPT tires.
So far I know the only MRAP models coming with 365/80R20 tires and thus the correct, 20x11-stamped (MPT) wheels are RG31-2; RG-31-3 and RG-31MK5.

My axles are out of an RG31 (axletech 4000), but I still need to get rims. Do you know which MRAP rims are the correct RG31 ones? Picture of what to look for? I have s set of 15.5/80R20 XLs, but want something highway capable.
