Anyone know the trick?

Trying to remove the end case of the winch. The engagement handle is froze up, and the seal needs to be replaced, also kinda rusty inside so I want to make it right. Looked through a bunch of TM's last night, but couldn't find actual instructions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, but I have a manual on CD for winches an PTOs. I can burn a copy and send it to you if you like.

You can download the TM for winchs from the Old SS websie !! Attached is a copy of that TM. Hope this helps
