Anyone know what this wiring is?

M1152A1. Pic is taken from the passenger side. This cut harness is right next to the seat. I tried to find it from under the truck but could only see a little section of it. There are two red wires and two black wires that go somewhere.

+1 feeds for radio tray. At least one of those wires is HOT 24VDC all the time. Be careful. Best to disconnect and remove them all and blank off the hole, unless you have another use for it intended.

I have the same little nub. I think most do. It's wiring for the equipment that would be on the radio tray.

That's something govplanet should definitely remove. They pull out a bunch of benign stuff yet leave a hot copper connection capable of electrocuting a random unsuspecting person. This is negligence.

They were in fact still hot. I dug around in the battery box for the other ends but could not locate them, so I ended up just pulling the cut end out from under the truck, properly capping it off and zip-tying it out of the way.

Pretty hacky de-mil process though. Not that I necessarily would expect any better from the gov!
