The 3 side holes are for a reinforcement plate to stabilize the rear offset antenna bracket. Used on rear covered trucks, ie. M1037, M1038, etc. Many pictures of it on the web.
Are there holes in the floor between the two rear seat? The USAF TACP ( now J-TAC) vehicles had a large elevated UHF antenna ( baseball bat) mounted on that corner

Is the standard Offset Antenna Kit. You put the bracket on so the antennna didn't hit the canvas, but they hit anyway... Sorry for the long link, but it is the best picture I could find of it.
