Are civilian Hummer halfshafts interchangeable with the military ones?

Just what the title says, I need to swap out a couple of halfshafts in my Humvee and found some civilian ones, are those the same? plus or minus the ABS ring of course

Also, for anyone who's interested, the input seal on the geared hub is a 2"x2.75"x0.5", or 2"x2 3/4"x1/2", double lip seal

Yes…as long as it’s not an A2 truck, which is why you should always state the exact model truck you have.

Depends on what model HMMWV you have, the civy shafts are 10K, if you have an A2 or ECV etc (12K) they will not work

Oh right right, mine is a early M998 so a A0, should be all good then!
