Are these XLs 14.00-20 or 16.00-20?

I wish they still made these Michelin XLs because I like their military only style. Sure, NDTs are mainly a military only tire but for larger tires the XZLs look like an oversized civilian mud tire that you see on cranes, large fire trucks, airport snowplows, etc. Don't get me wrong, I like the XZLs and would run them but I think I like the XLs more (aesthetically speaking).

I can get remolded 14.00 XLs made to order. We use xzl casings

At least there is a viable solution to continue with a great off road rubber design. And while there are still useable cases it will be an option.

I agree with the aggressive, tough look of the rubber. And sipping would add to their effective use on and off road.

I'd venture to say that sand pic is worn down 16's. Sidewall looks same height as the pic just above this post, but with less tread depth.
