I've found the red lenses to be kind of rare and the most sought after. You'd think red would be the most common but that doesn't seem the case.

I've got a pile of them and of all of them, only one has a red lense. It looks older than the others. I wonder if the older ones were red and they switched to blue on the later ones.

Yes, the old, old ones are red. Think they switched back in the 70's.
