I second the diy4x suggestion. I have the 14 bolt one without the razors. Took the "As Fabricated" cover and had it clear powdercoated. The powercoat is a satin finish and it looks cool as heck.

I have a ballistic in the rear and an ARB cover on the front, because I have an ARB locker in the front. Powder coated the rear red to match the front, skull is silver and coated clear.

those are nice and a lot cheaper than the diy4x, I like the ribbed ones from diy4x but not the price.
Thanks for the input.
Here are the prices from the web sites.
Ballistic fab $117.95
Non ribbed from DIY4X $105.00
Ribbed from DIY4X $168.00

In the essence of fairness, the non ribbed offerings are comparible in price.

All of the above make diff covers, the question is whether they make them for your axles or not. I think many of them make covers for the Dana 60, they should fr the 14bolt but I don't know.

I run the Great Lakes Offroad diff covers. USA made, lifetime warranty. You can get them in a few different configurations. The biggest feature that I like is the drain plug which is in the cover ring. I do alot of water/mud and this makes draining the diff easy if you have to do it on a regular basis. See the pic here of what I'm talking about:

Looks like a great cover with a lifetime warranty. I'm getting ready to order one for the 60 and 14 bolt as we speak. I will report back with opinions. Also found this "diff cover shootout"... http://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/transmission-drivetrain/154-0708-bulletproof-test/photo-gallery/
