Availablity of M1077 flatracks?

Do any of the surplus companies (or anyone on here) have M1077 flatracks for a PLS? I could be needing one soon.

Gov Liquidation has 5 of them up for auction at Camp Pendleton (Oceanside, CA) - auction closes 1/12/17.

From time to time they have sold a bunch in Albany, GA. Other than those and California, they are few & far between.
