Are the oil seals for the axle shaft available anywhere? If not what is the option for replacement ?. The seal on the backside of wheel with grease fitting on top of it.

Have you removed the seal yet? The seal may have a manufacturer's part number on it.

not removed ,from what I have read in the past it was not available. Wanting to know if it is now. Been 35 years since I owned my last goat. found a part number 11640306
