5. Beaten by someone who has any thoughts of backing out is BS. I would bet buyers remorse is main culprit in default.

7. Sad state of affairs that we even have had this discussion, because of the few again I will deal with it. My point is there is room for improvement in absolutely everything. Nothing more nothing less
