Battery Relocation tray

Hi Guys,
I just picked up a couple of these and I am not sure who made them. Have you seen these before? Looks like they may have had a battery hold down at some point and a splash guard. Anyway, I you have a lead on who made them, let me know.

Silver one looks like the stock H1 1994+ tray pn. 6002907, except factory one should be steel.

On the subject of a H1 battery tray being installed into a HMMWV, I have the following questions:

1. What are the battery cable lengths needed when moving the batteries from under the passenger side seat to under the hood, both positive and negative?
2. Any specific items learned through the process of the swap? NEVER do this, Always do that type of input.
