Bed tie downs on a deuce

I've got a hard copy of the TB but don't know how to turn it into a pdf file to post. If all else fails, I could reproduce the manual if someone wants to help with cost.

A lot of office copiers can now turn a manual into a PDF. I can do so at work. You may be able to do this at your local office supply.

I've uploaded TB 9-2300-280-30, "TACTICAL VEHICLES: INSTALLATION OF UNIVERSAL TIEDOWN ANCHORS" to the manuals section.

It is awaiting approval, then should be available for download.

Ok, time to bring back this old thread.

I have the tie downs for my bed, I need to find out how much weight they can hold? I need to haul an M105 in the back and want to make sure it is not going to rip the tie downs out of my bed.

Also, does anyone have pics of them hauling a trailer in the bed of a deuce?

After reading this thread it is a prime example of why the no auction ( gsa,gl,e-bay , craigslist) rules were put in effect .

If they are like mine, They will hold a lot! I have picked up my drop side bed using 4 of them.
