Years ago an 18 year old kid at a John Deere shop got killed working on a tire . Shop stopped working on tires right after that. I still use that shop today.

If I repeat this at work I would be fired from my position as safety officer, and I might go down a rank.

I remember a time when a position like that wasn't necessary. But I guess as clueless people and people that shouldn't be in a position enter the workforce and management that has never done the job that they are supposedly managing, "manage" and tell un qualified people to do things they shouldn't be doing, this is what is needed.

Changed 10-- 900-20 tires on my M275 and 5 on the M118A1 by my self its not hard just dirty, just inspect the rim and lock ring dont use if pieces are missing or heavily pited from rust..
