I have not met them, but talked with Pete at John Winslow Sales today and they sure sound good. They are probably 1 or 1-1/2 hours north of you off I-95
I'll be visiting them next week to see how good they look in person.

Let me know what you think; I'm getting ready to buy a 2-1/2 or 5 ton bobbed

I made a trip last Sunday to see John and Pete. Pete spent most of that afternoon with me and my son showing us around. He was unreal. The inventory they have is awesome. My problem now is I saw so much I don't know what I want to buy. Before Sunday I pretty much had my mind made up, now I don't really know what I want.

Pete, had a truck there that they were in the process of bobbing. That was cool to see that.

I'm probably going back up there in the next couple of weeks to see the bobbed truck completed. If you make the trip you won't be disappointed. It looks like they really have it together the at the shop they operate!!

A friend of mine and I rode up last week and also spent most of the day with Pete; I also thought I knew what I wanted before going up, but changed my mind to some extent. They now have my deposit and will be building me a bobbed 2-1/2 with M101 trailer bed and m35a3 wheels and tires. I am getting them to completely sandblast it and paint it. I don't think I'll put a winch on it-makes the truck another foot+ longer and in reality I'll never do any serious off roading.
I also am planning a trip back when their present bobber is near completition.
It sure was easy to decide to pay them to bob one rather than re-creating the world myself and paying dearly for the personal learning process
Hopefully we'll cross paths in Halifax one day!

My thoughts exactly!! After visiting the "farm of deuces" I have to decide what I want. I'm for sure going to get them to do the work. I was super impressed by their operation. Pete spent all afternoon with us knowing we were undecided. I'm going back to see the bobbed one they have in the shop when they have it completed. Pete said they should be painting this week or next.
