I just got my duece delivered today. This was the first time I have ever driven one. WHAT A BLAST!! I was able to get the truck from Ranchhopper and it is in great shape. Can't wait to the weekend to start in on the fun.

I tried a plasma arc, but found a torch to work better. Just heat up the heads, and wash them right off. Then used a bull pin and a BFH. The rivets are the worst part of the whole project. Once you get past them the rest is a real blast if you like fabricating.

I would try grinding the heads off the rivets and then drilling about half way through the center. A punch inserted in the hole and a BFH should take them out easily.
