There is no simple way if you dont have access to a fork lift, plasma cutter or torch set up but it can be done with lots of 4" cut off wheels on a grinder, a few drill bits, 2 big jack stands and a cherry picker! Go through and read the posts on "bobbing" as quite a few of us have documented the process with lots of pics and tips. Its well worth the time and effort and after recycling all the extra metal it almost pays for itself. In my opinion the truck becomes much more fun to drive with the shedding of close to 2000lbs.
