This weekend, @m715mike invited Bertha, me and the family to join him, @texas30cal , @Nitrodiver and @TAZZJR and their families and MVs to the Kilo 19 Memorial walk; an event to remember the men and woman who made the ultimate sacrifice.

It was a great time and I'm truly grateful to Mike for inviting us! We had a BLAST!

Other than a loose battery connection on Bertha and a horn wire that decided to ground out on another MV (not saying whose **cough cough @TAZZJR **cough cough** 😂🤣😁) there were no mechanical issues!

If the guys want to add their pics to the post, feel free!

It was a great weekend! You can’t go wrong with the right group of family and friends! …then add in a great location on Crystal Beach! …then add in five MVs! …then make it a holiday weekend! And to top it all off, we had the privilege of using our trucks to escort the KILO-19 walk and remember the fallen. This was truly a great Memorial Day weekend!

As Ken mentioned, the trucks ran great. TJ’s truck did get a little horny on us. 😁

I logged 275 miles on my Deuce this weekend and loved every minute of it!

Ok, the pictures:

Gentlemen, I want to thank each you (and your families) tor making the trip to the beach to attend the 2022 KILO 19. With fuel prices the way they are your presence speaks volumes about the commitment each of you have. Not only to the MV hobby but to the veterans, their families and most importantly to the fallen.

Gentlemen….I Thank You !

Come on Ken! Take it off I want some skin!! 😂, I didn’t track it down to the mile but it was approx 430 for the round trip according to maps + about 20 on the beach. Good times, thanks to all for coming and mostly Mike and Cara for setting it all up👍👍.
