Bought a 931A1 need to know date of manufacture for title

I bought a 931A1. The vin is C53102789. The date of delivery on the data plate is NLOLVM.

I understand from other posts is should most likely be a 1984, 85 or 86.

I would like to get it right, so I can register it as an antique in Pa.

Already have an 818 on 53"s, two deuces and a 404 Unimog registered as antiques.

I believe the nlolvm is the military registration number. You can pm Carnac he can reference the dates on a lot of the trucks we have a difference of opinion though I think it is reasonable to pick a date in the range of dates the truck was known to be manufactured if you can't get the info anywhere else he does not feel the same. Whatever you put on the sf97 they will send it back as within reason of course.
