Brake bleeding gamma goat

I'm about to change all wheel cylinders and master cylinder . Can wheel cylinders be changed with wheels on and drums removed ? Anything special I need to know about bleeding the brakes ? I have a vacuum brake bleeder so that helps .

The wheels can stay on, remove the drums and brake backing plates. My initial bleeding was done by running straps around all 6 brake shoe assemblies so I could see if anything was leaking. The final bleed was done through the drum plug.

I have a air vacuum bleeder but couldn't get any fluid to the rear. There was some wetness in line when I changed all wheel cylinders . Hope it's stopped up master cylinder . It was dry when I opened it

Check your rear lines for collapse or kinks to include flex lines, As M38 said , strap the shoes and PUMP the pedal, gives you in excess of 1500 psi. , if you need to break the lines open at various points and look for fluid good luck
