That is a very specific fitting to adapt from the power steering O ring world to the AN (JIC) fitting world, why not just buy it from HPG where you got the picture.
Again that is not a common fitting you are going to find locally.
You may be able to find it at a racing supply house like Summit but I don't know the sizes.
The AN side will likely be an AN-6, that matches the 3/8" hose, the other end is probably a 5/8" or a 11/16" O ring
Then again the O ring side could be metric.

If you look up the part number, FF3323-0706-259 or 4730014934656 you can find the specs, I see HPG is out of them.


It appears to be a AN-6 to 11/16-18 O ring

This might be what you are looking for, but don't hold me to it.
