Brake fitting

I was changing the master cylinder on my m54 last night and in the process I dinged up the threads on the banjo bolt adapter. It’s the adapter for the line from the master cylinder hooks to air pack. Looks to be about a 9/16 banjo bolt adapted to a 3/8” brake line. Any one know where to obtain one?

901-774-0600 I bought one in April of this year it looked like new old stock I thought the one on my truck was cracked .
