SS - Been experience some ongoing brake challenges.
When first got the truck brakes worked good.

I added a remote brake reservoir so I could monitor the fluid.

Well when apply brakes I noticed the fluid in reservoir would bubble and want to blow out.

As I drive more it started to get worse.

I just replaced the brake master cylinder with a new one.

filled up with fluid, bled air pack first and then passenger rear etc

still no brakes, then I did a quick roll forward and back and had to pump brakes, all the fluid blew out of the remote reservoir with lid on.

Any thoughts?

It blows the brake fluid out while you are pushing the brakes or after you let off and the pedal is all the way back up?

Have you adjusted all of the shoes? At least what the TM calls a minor adjustment.

Well a new twist.

re-bled the system. Started at air pack, lots of air. Got that out

went to rear paswenger lots of air, got that out.

hit the rest. No air and fluid coming out.

No pressure at all.

went to rear passenger, lots of clean fluid coming out steady, no air.

went to air pack again, steady stream , no air.

No brake pressure at all.

Had son helping me. Good ole, pump the brakes then hold, and bleed.

never had a problem on other vehicles doing brake jobs. But since this also has an air pack thought maybe I’m missing something in the procedure of this beast.

Are you using a pressure bleeder, a helper pushing on the pedal or just opening the bleeder valves?

I did two rounds of bleeding my deuce. Still had a soft pedal.

Built a pressure bleeder, bled again, perfect pedal.

Like you, I’ve done it dozens and dozens of times with other vehicles, but I just couldn’t get all the air out on my Deuce without pressure.

Ok, so pressure bled the system.

Have good pedal pressure,but…

As stated above, when I press and let up pedal it’s bubbling air through master cylinder fill top fitting. I have a remote rescoir now so it just bubbles air up to that.

pedal is firm and I do have good brakes, but is there another problem?
