Changed all flexi pipes and checked all wheel cylinders were ok, bled system(no leaks) but no pedal unless it was pumped and it would stay up for a while.

Changed master cylinder and no difference....

I suppose the airpack would be the next to eliminate???

I noticed that when the breather to the master cylinder is disconnected that when the pedal is pressed it blows air!! wouldn't this fill the system full of air or is this normal???

Advice, experiences, opinions much appreciated, thanks in advance

No but followed the usual process of bleeding the airpack followed by furthest wheel from the master cylinder and moving my way slowly closer to the master cylinder wheel by wheel, doing all wheels.

Used a pressure bleeder, which made the job easier, but still no joy only thing left to replace is the airpack. Athough there is no leaks and the master cylinder was still as full as when left a few days prior. :|

Be sure to get the correct airpack rebuild kit for your truck. From what I've been told, there are two different airpacks out there w/different kits. I believe the NSN is the same for both but they do differ in part #'s. Hopefully someone has the part #'s handy
