Brake smoking and dragging hard

Hi, was cruzing the deuce and noticed on of my brakes smoking bad upon further inspection after jacking it up it was really hot and could not spin it at all, was wonder if this has happened to anyone else, the wheel cyl must be stuck out ? And also how did they get the drum off with the brakes stuck on thanks for the help!

Open your brake bleeder and see if the brake releases.

Look up the TMs for your truck, all the info you need is there. You can back off the adjusters on theshoes and the drum will come off.
