I'm still working on this M817 and now that it's running good, I need to find a wheel cylinder for the right front brakes. It's leaking and it' not a great idea to let this truck out of my yard in this condition. I tried searching this forum "wheel cylinder" and didn't come up with much. Are they or a rebuild kit available locally via a NAPA or similar parts store? It's obvious that the 5 ton's don't lose wheel cylinder's as often as a deuce but the ride to stopping is more scary when one does cut loose. 10,000 pounds more weight to keep under control does not sit well when it comes to stopping a moving truck!!!!

Be sure to check which size you have on the front. It is supposed to be 1 3/4, but mine ended up being 2 inch. It is disheartening when you are ready to put it back together and the brand new cylinder doesn't match the other side now.
