I just got a bridge plate with numbers. I was able to research the numbering scheme but I cannot find info on installing the plate. I kit has bolts and three bracket, 2 short and 1 long.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the TB reference. It was just what I needed. I search my TM's and past posts but came up empty. I could never have found this one. What is your secret?

Just in case you didn't find it. The bridge plate is typically installed on the grill. If you have a brush gaurd mesh then you'll need to snake the bolt through the mesh. It may take a couple tries to get the bolts perpendicular to the grill. It basically forms a sandwich. The bolt holes you're going to use on the bridge plate itself are the ones at your 9 and 3 o'clock positions. There is a long bracket that you'll mount b/w the radiator and grill itself. It is much easier to mount the bridge plate with your hood up.
The M35A2 should have 08 and the M109A3 should have 09 for the #'s. Hope this helps.
