Should the whole thing be yellow or just the number plates and combo plate at top?

Found this is in my files, all yellow and the year is 1976 give or take.

Remember to raise the number and put the red C on top if you are towing a trailer.

Good point ACE, the image I posted doesn't show the "C" (at least not at first glance), the tractor alone is only "7".....

So that's what the "C" is for? Even the European bridge plates have a "C".

Note: European bridge plates have white numbers on a black background. Unlike the US with black numbers.

C means it is a combination vehicle, AKA towing a trailer.................
